With humble beginnings as a hawker stall in 2015, Wanton Seng’s Noodle Bar found its way into the hustle and bustle of the CBD area with a hefty menu of wonton noodle bowls guided by Benson Ng Yong Chiang, the current chef, and entrepreneur of this venture. Despite the obstacles he faced, he pressed on and acquired many achievements. He learned to cook from the original owner, found a great work team of honest and open-minded individuals, and his investment and faith in the business. Akin to Benson's love for wanton, he urges aspiring entrepreneurs to plan and execute their way to success.
