Chris Hwang and Jonathan Shen co-founded the gourmet snack company, The Golden Duck. Started the company with next to nothing but only passion and love for food and snacking, the founding duo learned almost everything at first hand and from other entrepreneurs, and has sold over 10 million snack packs to over 20 countries worldwide since 2015. Priding The Golden Duck on making Asia's best gourmet snacks, the duo has witnessed not just the growth of the brand but their employees as well, with their first employee started off as a small cook in a classroom-sized kitchen to now being the executive chef who oversees a 20,000 square feet factory.

When asked to provide advice to aspiring entrepreneurs out there, the duo simply said, “fail small, fail fast, adapt to your consumer.”
