Damien Yau is the founder of The Denzy Collective, which owns and runs the winner of Singapore Gelato Championship 2019, Denzy Gelato.

The winning gelateria earned the prestigious title of “Singapore’s Best Gelato”, and under the guidance of Damien, it produces in-house adventurous and distinctive flavors, and has expanded its operations to 11 retail outlets within a span of 3 and a half years. It also achieved an amazing feat of placing 1st runner up for Enterprise Singapore’s Heartland Innovation Challenge 2022, a 3 month collaborative innovation process for heartland enterprises to innovate and grow their businesses. Being big on innovation and sustainability, the brand carefully sources for quality ingredients such as importing its pistachios directly from the farms in Italy, and is constantly pushing the boundaries by making keto and vegan gelato and providing variety for more customers to enjoy.
