The business prides itself on being authentic and original, as its pan fried satay are all freshly made from scratch. Being the goal-driven person she is, Lydia continues her family’s legacy of serving in the F&B line with Satay Ummi and has expanded the brand by being involved in the events scene as a vendor, bringing its bento sets live to customers to enjoy at pop-ups such as MakBesar Powerhouse, Gegarfest and Eatbox.
