Randall Gan is well-known for his roast meat establishment — Roast Paradise, which operates seven stores across the island. During the last four years, the team has grown strong and has been able to weather the storms of COVID without experiencing any terminations. In addition, the team values the quality of food, hospitality, music and most importantly their passion for cooking despite the lack of F&B experience in the beginning. The company has built long-term relationships with its loyal customers and hopes to collaborate with Zhang Yong, founder of HaiDilao, and Xiao Ming, from SGAG in the future if the opportunity arises.
