Javier Seow

Founded a family-owned business serving customers of more than 3 generations, is none other than Javier Seow. He is the founder of Pandan Garden Fishball Noodles Group (PGFN Group), which specialises in food creation and conceptualisation, with various brands such as PGFN Since 1982, Black Bento, My Little Ice Cream Shop and Singapore Laksa by PGFN. The first noodle business started all the way back in 1982, in a tiny coffeeshop along the roads of Pandan Gardens, serving fishball noodles and laksa that taste like home. With such humble beginnings, PGFN has expanded its brands to more locations since 2015, notably popular residential areas such as Punggol, Choa Chu Kang, Sembawang and Sengkang. Javier also saw its growth when he and his family brought the brand over to ARTBOX Malaysia 2018 & 2019 for overseas showcase. The brand has come a long way and is very much loved and well recognised by customers with their signature sky blue colored bowls, and Javier believes that their motto “Good Food, Good Value and Good Service” is what PGFN strives to continue and make its customers leave with happy smiles and stomachs after every visit to the stores.
