Kendrick Wong and Lai Xin Chu started Hapz as a marketing company for events but eventually kicked off as a ticketing platform instead. As an event company, the development of their platform evolved into a digital operating system for events. The pair would work closely alongside notable clients during the product development process. It was only achievable with a great team as they displayed resourcefulness, dedication, and high standards.
