Derek Low is the founder of Cococart, an e-commerce startup empowering local businesses. As an entrepreneur himself, Derek aims to transform local businesses and enable new ways of selling online and with Cococart, merchants are able to set up their storefront with no learning curve. Founded in 2020, Cococart has since grown to support over 20000 businesses in more than 90 countries, and has expanded their team across 13 multicultural countries. Being passionate, resourceful and quick on their feet are the 3 qualities Derek seeks for in his team, and working alongside his amazing employees is an achievement he takes pride in. A word of advice he would like to offer to all aspiring entrepreneurs to take note is that “often the biggest risk is not taking enough risk”.
