Peter Lau & Ethel Neo, are no strangers to the entrepreneurship world as the enterprising couple has been running their online jewellery brand, Eclat by Oui and decided to venture into the F&B scene with their collagen soup business, CHU Collagen. Born out of love for hotpot, the couple has set a trend and recreated restaurant-quality food that can be enjoyed in the comfort of one’s own home.
